There will be a very long bar where you can sit and wait for a table to become available.

The kitchen is visible from all sides.
Guests are free to change tables as they wish during their visit and enjoy regional dishes.
The price of the menu is a fixed price (flat rate).
We will adjust the flat rate between the lunch menu and the dinner menu.
In other words, an ‘all-you-can-eat’ concept.
Any food not eaten on the same day goes to our in-house charity, which then distributes it free of charge to those in need and to children.
