It is a new fast-food concept, offering 15 different types of croquettes served with patatas bravas, chips or baked potatoes, and a variety of sauces. Croquettes are a traditional Spanish dish, which are difficult to prepare as they must be left in the fridge for at least 12 hours before cooking. We already have the necessary equipment to produce croquettes more quickly and in large quantities, enough to serve them on a conveyor belt. However, we still need an investment of €15–20 thousand to have everything ready for opening. We have the production side sorted, but we still need to set up the fast-food outlet, on top of the rent in Bucharest, which is causing us difficulties.
