Hello everyone,

My name is Bogdan (that’s what my parents called me from a young age and it’s stuck, even though it’s not on my ID card) and I’m writing these lines with an open heart, after six years of constant struggle. I am the man behind an industrial automation and electrical installations company, a business built with hard work in the German market, where I put into practice everything I have learnt.

The story behind the collapse

Everything changed suddenly following a financial fraud I fell victim to. This ‘scam’ completely paralysed the company’s operations, inevitably leading to bankruptcy. Although I went through the necessary legal proceedings, the debts were transferred to me as a private individual. Due to the penalties and interest that have accumulated since 2020, the debt has become a colossal burden, far exceeding my ability to pay.

The struggle for survival

From 2020 to the present day, my life and that of my family has become a race against time. Although I am a professional in my field and constantly try to find solutions, any income is immediately seized. I am caught in a vicious circle where I work only to feed the penalties imposed by the state and the banks, whilst at home I struggle to support my family. I am not asking for pity, I am asking for a chance at a normal life

Where does your money go?

Because I want every donor to be certain that their support has been used correctly, I have created a mechanism whereby the funds raised are transferred directly towards settling debts with the ANAF and bailiffs.
