I have been in a civil lawsuit with a serial pedophile for several years.

I haven't worked for several years, I have a pug allowance after a raise from January of 250 euros

My debts are mounting, my depression has gotten worse, and I have attempted suicide many times. ZUS rejected my pension application a month ago. I didn't have the strength to appeal.

On April 23 this year, I have a third court expert to pass, then I'm waiting for the hearing date.

My first lawyer was Artur Nowak from Sekielski's films.

The prosecutor's office in Nowy Tomyśl twice refused to bring proceedings against Jerzy Przybylski, the former parish priest in Wojnowice. The third time, after the lawyer's reaction, she initiated proceedings in the case and not against it, several more victims came forward.

We were interrogated at the prosecutor's office and the case was discontinued due to the statute of limitations.

I filed a civil lawsuit.

I am financially and mentally exhausted, I have experienced ostracism in society (small town)

I have several bailiff proceedings.

I have no choice, please help.

I personally submitted my case to the government commission on pedophilia, on my own I was unable to find information on the Internet where it could be done, despite my good computer skills. Of course, it was deliberately done this way to make it difficult for victims to file cases of pedophilia.

I received a reply from the commission that they were discontinuing the case because the prosecutor's office in Nowy Tomyśl refused to provide the commission with a report of the victims' testimony. I replied that I had it and sent it to them. That was a few years ago, they never spoke again. My friend, also a victim of Jerzy Przybylski, had several suicide attempts last year and spent several months in a psychiatric hospital.
