Ukrainian ERCOFTAC Pilot Centre: Sustaining Scientific Collaboration

We are members of the ERCOFTAC community, raising funds for the Ukraine Pilot Centre (PC Ukraine) to help sustain their scientific work under extreme conditions.

Despite the ongoing conflict, power outages and repeated bombing raids, Ukraine’s scientists remain dedicated to continuing their research. However, the loss of labs, equipment, and access to reliable electricity and internet make participation in international meetings and collaborations increasingly difficult.

As a professional community, we want to show tangible support to our fellow members when it matters most. PC Ukraine’s research has already contributed to high‐impact, cost‐effective innovations; keeping them connected preserves scientific progress, collaboration, and morale.

How your donations will help

Your donation will help to provide essential computing and communication resources, including:

• Hardware: Laptops, desktops, and computer accessories (webcams, headsets).
• Connectivity: Mobile internet solutions and remote-meeting subscriptions.
• Resilience: Power backups (UPS) and portable batteries.
• Software: Essential licenses to maintain research workflows.

These tools will allow PC Ukraine members to continue teaching, participating in international meetings, and sharing their results with the global community.
