Support for ‘Skaistakalnio Romuva’
Who are we?
We are the non-profit organisation ‘Skaistakalnio Romuva’ – a community that cherishes the ancient Baltic traditions, songs and ethnoculture. Our aim is to preserve the living heritage of our ancestors and share it with everyone.
Why do we need your help?
All our events, educational activities and singing lessons are free and open to everyone, but Skaistakalnio Romuva survives on the enthusiasm of just a few people. We devote our time to all activities free of charge and often cover expenses from our own pockets, seeking no remuneration. In order to continue organising these events, we have to cover significant costs: from educational materials and raw materials to fuel costs for transport if the educational sessions take place in another town. Without your support, it is becoming increasingly difficult for us to continue these activities.
What will the funds be used for?
The funds raised will be used directly to organise ethnocultural events:
- Educational resources and materials.
- Transport (fuel) costs.
- Improving the infrastructure for traditional festivals.
We thank everyone for your kindness and contribution to our shared culture. Together, we will keep our roots alive!

Who are we?
We are a non-profit community called "Skaistakalnio Romuva" in Lithuania. We are dedicated to preserving ancient Baltic traditions, songs and ethno-culture. Our goal is to preserve the living heritage of our ancestors and share it with everyone.
Why do we need your help?
All our events, educational programmes, and folk song lessons are free and open to all, yet Skaistakalnio Romuva survives solely through the enthusiasm of a few individuals. We volunteer our time for free and often cover expenses from our own pockets without seeking any profit. To continue organising these events, we must cover significant costs: from educational tools and materials to fuel for transport when workshops take place in other cities. Without your support, it is becoming increasingly difficult for us to continue this work.
What will the funds be used for?
The funds raised will be used directly to organise ethno-cultural events:
- Educational tools and materials.
- Transport (fuel) costs.
- Improving the infrastructure for traditional celebrations.
We thank everyone for your kindness and contribution to our shared culture. Together, we will keep our roots alive!
